Production fee is the production company's markup on the job. By default it is charged on Sub-Total A to K and Section N; L, M, O and P can be added in each section's settings.
Production insurance is the cost of insuring the shoot, charged on sections A to K, M, N and O by default.
Set the rates in the budget's Settings, or click the rate on the summary to change it. Each section can turn either charge on or off (Production fee applies, Insurance applies) and set its own rate.
Bid, running and actual
The bid charges a percentage of the flagged sections, or a fixed amount. Running and Actual charge the same percentage of their own costs, unless you choose Same dollars as the bid or Fixed amount for them in Settings.
Section X has its own production fee (Section X production fee %), charged on the Section X total.
