Add, move, duplicate and delete lines

• Add: press + Add line at the bottom of a section, or paste a block from a spreadsheet and new lines are added as needed.
• Reorder: drag a line by its handle, or use Move up and Move down in the line's menu.
• Duplicate: the line's menu → Duplicate line.
• Hide: the line's menu → Hide line keeps it out of view without deleting it. Show hidden lines brings it back.
• Delete: the line's menu → Delete line. Press ⌘Z / Ctrl+Z straight away to undo.

To change many lines at once, select them.

A line that has purchase orders, payroll or petty cash coded to it cannot be deleted until those entries are moved or removed, so actuals never go missing.
