- Copy a block of cells in your spreadsheet.
- Click the first cell you want to fill in actuals.
- Paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V).
The block fills cells to the right and down, adding lines if there are not enough. A message tells you how many cells were pasted, how many lines were added, and anything skipped because it was read-only, not a number or past the last column.
