Prefill rates and rate cards

Choose ··· → Prefill rates…, or Prefill rates ▾ on a section. Pick where to fill from:

• Last used on each line: the most recent rate each line was given in this workspace's other budgets in the same currency.
• A saved rate card.
• Union scale: researched IATSE, DGA and Local 111 scale for LA crew lines, dated, with what it does and does not cover.

Prefill only fills rates that are still blank. Rates already typed are never changed, and you can edit any filled rate afterwards. While typing a rate, a hint also offers the rate last used on that line; press Enter to use it.

Save a rate card

Choose ··· → Save rates as rate card…. It keeps each line's bid rate, by section and description. Quantities, days, actuals and job details are not included. Manage rate cards under Account → Templates.

Union scale is a starting point, not advice. Check rates against the current agreement before you bid.
