Fringes are the employer's payroll costs on crew pay: payroll taxes, pension and welfare. They are added to labor sections (A, B and G in the AICP template).
- Budget: Settings → Global fringes % (P & W).
- Section: Section settings → Fringe 1 %. Blank uses the budget rate.
- Line: the line's Details & notes. Blank uses the section rate.
Every labor line can carry a second fringe too, as Hot Budget does (Second fringe % (Fringes)). The AICP-format workbook uses one, so it defaults to 0. Each section can rename its two fringes.
In actuals, payroll fringes go to the section as its actual fringes. A section can also set an Actual fringes override.
