Templates: start from AICP, blank or your own

There are two built-in templates:

• AICP-format Commercial: sections A to X with standard crew, expense, talent and post lines.
• Blank Production Budget: the same summary structure with empty sections, for adding your own lines.

Save a budget as a template

1. Open the budget and choose ··· → Save as Template. Or, from the budgets list, open the row menu and choose Create Template.
2. Name it, and choose whether to include rates and quantities, and bid notes.
3. Press Save Template. It appears under My Templates when you create a new budget.

Templates keep sections, lines and settings. Actuals, collaborators, history and job details are never included.
