Open the budget and choose Settings in the views above the grid. There you set:
- Production fee, production insurance, fringes, handling, post markup, post tax, post insurance, Section X fee, talent agency fees and talent payroll service rates.
- How production fee and insurance are charged on the bid, running and actual.
- Currency conversion: a foreign currency and exchange rate.
- Advanced settings: default base hours, state basis hours, the overtime method and the number of decimal places shown for money.
Sections can override these in their own settings. Once the bid is locked, rates are frozen until it is unlocked.
