Choose Overages in the budget's views and press Add overage when the client approves spend beyond the contracted total. Give each a description, date and billed amount.
Each overage carries its own markup and insurance, starting from the budget's production fee and insurance rates.
Overages show below the grand total, on the summary and in the PDF, with the client total including overages.
