Export a PDF

1. Press Export in the budget bar.
2. Pick a preset, or mix your own options.
3. Press Download PDF.

Presets

• Client bid: the bid with notes, summary and details. No running, committed, actuals, variance or forecast.
• Cost report: bid, running, committed, actual, variance and forecast, summary and details, without bid notes.
• Full detail: everything on, including empty lines.

Options

• Pages: summary only, or summary + details.
• Columns: bid, running, committed (POs), actuals, variance, forecast (EAC).
• Bid notes, company logo, hide empty lines, custom sections and additional production bids (P sections).
• The PDF and spreadsheet language.

PDFs carry page numbers and the job in the footer.
