Each budget keeps its documents: the PDF of every issued purchase order, the PO log, and the bid PDF saved each time the bid is locked. Open PO PDFs from the PO list (Open PDF in a PO's menu).
Documents are not copied to Dropbox, Google Drive or any other outside service. Download what you need to file elsewhere.
