Re-check a budget against its Hot Budget file

1. In an imported budget, choose ··· → Re-check against Hot Budget file….
2. Choose the job's current Hot Budget file. It is read on your computer and never uploaded.
3. Review what is only in this budget and what is only in the file.
4. Press Replace the logs with the file's if you want them to match.

Replacing swaps the purchase orders, payroll, petty cash and overages for the file's, and sets fee and insurance to follow it. Anything added or changed in those logs here since the import is replaced too. The bid is not changed, and the change is recorded in version history.
