Everywhere in actuals, variance = actual − bid (and running − bid). A positive number is over, a negative number is under, as on the AICP workbook's Variance columns.
Lines over the bid are flagged, and a section can be filtered to Show only the lines over the bid. The budgets list shows how much of each bid has been spent.
