Switch between them with Bid / Running / Actuals above the grid. The summary and the PDF show the same columns.
- Bid: the numbers you bid. Frozen when the bid is locked.
- Running: the working budget after award. Any running value left blank carries the bid, so you only type what changed. Editing one cell changes only that cell.
- Actuals: what was committed and paid, from the logs, or typed.
To put a line back to the bid, use its menu → Reset running to bid.
