- Choose ··· → Unlock bid….
- Type unlock to confirm and press Unlock bid.
Bid values become editable again. The locked version is kept in version history as a protected snapshot, so you can always see what was approved.
Often you do not need to unlock: put changes in the Running budget instead, and the approved bid stays as it was.
