- Waiting for pending saves…: the export waits for changes to save first, so the PDF matches the screen.
- Lines are missing: Hide empty lines may be on, or the section may be a custom or P section left out of the export. Check the options.
- No logo or the wrong company name: set them in Company name and logo, and tick Company logo.
- Columns are missing: the Client bid preset leaves out running, actuals and variance by design. Choose Cost report or tick the columns.
- Export failed: try again. If it keeps failing, write to us with the budget's name.
