In the photo app, New Budget → Have this budget in an Excel workbook? imports a saved budget workbook (.xlsx or .xlsb), with its bid, running budget and logs, checked against the file's own totals. It is read on your computer and never uploaded.
If your bid is in a spreadsheet of your own layout, start from the Photo Shoot template and paste your lines in section by section.
