actuals.photo is actuals for photographers, photo producers, reps and agents. It works the same way (bid, share, lock, track actuals, export) but starts from a stills bid instead of the AICP commercial form, and its PDFs read as a photo bid.
It lives at its own address, /photo/app, and is a separate app with:
- Its own workspace. Your first visit makes your photo workspace. Photo budgets, jobs and templates stay there and never mix with production ones.
- Its own plan. Three free bids, then its own subscription, separate from a production subscription.
- The same sign-in. One email and login for both apps.
Everything else in this guide applies to photo bids too: sharing, roles, comments, purchase orders, payroll, petty cash, snapshots, PDFs and Excel export.
