A photo bid's Job information asks for what a stills bid needs: the photographer, the art buyer, the final images and the usage terms, beside the client, agency and producer. Commercial-film fields only show if they are filled in.
Its summary and PDF use photo wording:
- The PDF is titled Photo bid (or Photo bid: actual costs with actuals).
- The production fee reads Markup, and the shoot sections add up to the Shoot Total, with post below it.
- A charge left at zero says not charged.
Your studio's name and logo print at the top, as on any bid; set them in Company name and logo. Export a PDF and the Excel and CSV exports work as they do in production.
