A photo workspace has its own three free budgets, then its own subscription at $9.99 a month, with everyone on its staff included. Subscribe from Settings & billing inside the photo app.
The two apps bill separately: a production subscription does not cover photo bids, and a photo subscription does not cover production budgets. If you use both, each workspace has its own plan. People you invite to a single bid are free in either app.
