A workspace that has never subscribed can create three budgets free: build them, share them, lock the bid and track actuals. The budgets list shows how many are left.
- They stay yours to edit even if you never subscribe.
- Subscribe when you want a fourth.
- The allowance counts budgets created, so deleting one does not give it back. Duplicates and imports count too.
- Once a workspace has subscribed, the free allowance is replaced by the subscription for good.
