When the paid period ends without a renewal, every budget in the workspace becomes read-only. A banner says so. You and your collaborators can still view and export everything.
Nothing is deleted. The owner presses Renew in the banner or Renew subscription in Settings & billing to keep editing.
If you are not the owner, ask them to renew.
