Everyone gets a workspace when they sign up. The workspace holds your budgets, jobs, templates and rate cards, your company name and logo, and the subscription.
There are two kinds of people:
- Workspace people (owner, admins and members) are your staff. They are listed in Settings & billing → People, and all of them are included in the subscription.
- Budget collaborators are invited to a single budget, such as a client, an agency producer or a freelance accountant. They are free.
One login can belong to several companies; see Switch between companies.
