Choose what members see

In Settings & billing → People, under What members see, choose one:

• Work on every budget in the workspace: members can open and change anything, the way a producer on the job would. This is the default.
• Read every budget in the workspace: members can open and read anything. Changing a budget still needs a share.
• Only budgets shared with them: members see nothing until someone shares a budget with them.

Admins always see every budget, whatever this is set to. Only admins can change it.
