- Make sure the new owner is an admin in Settings & billing → People.
- Choose Make owner beside them and confirm.
They take over billing and the workspace's subscription, because the subscription belongs to the workspace rather than the person. You stay on as an admin, so you keep access to everything. Only they can hand it back.
