actuals runs in the browser: current Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on Mac, Windows, iPad, iPhone and Android. There is no app to download.
Building a budget is easiest on a computer, where the grid has room. On a phone the budget bar keeps the name, status and bid in view and moves Share and Export into the ··· menu. Petty cash receipts have a phone-friendly form with the camera.
You need to be online. If the connection drops, the budget bar says Connection lost and retries; see Connection lost.
